1. Minimum order:

– Samples are free of charge and can be available within 7 days

– Sample orders are charged at FOB price, plus a sampling fee and this amount will be refunded to official order.

– US$3,000.00 for official orders and minimum 50 pcs/ item

2. Price:

– All prices offered are understood to be FOB Hai Phong port or Noi Bai International Airport, Vietnam in accordance with latest INCOTERMS, including standard packaging.

3. Delivery:

– From 20 days for rattan, wicker products.

– From 30 days for bamboo products

4. Packaging:

– Standard packaging applicable for each kind/ and specific products. Goods are individually wrapped in spongy paper, then to be put in 3 ply inner brown carton and some inners are packed in 5 ply master cartons; or packing a sum in a 5 hard ply carton.

– Color carton boxes can be tailored as request

5. LCL shipment:

– The additional handling charge of 20USD/CBM will be added to the invoice

– In this case, the use of wooden crates or special packaging is strongly recommended to protect the goods from being damaged. The crate cost will be charged US$15 per CBM.

6. Transportation:

– All products are shipped by sea or air, buyers have to appoint the forwarder and pay for the freight cost from Haiphong port to client’s destination, unless otherwise specified.

– The documents have to be confirmed by clients before the goods are shipped.

7. Quality control:

– QC is always defined and applied to all production process of materials, processing, packing and loading into containers to make sure that final products are shipped to clients in the best condition.

8. Tolerance: +/- 5% of value/ quantity

9. Payment:

– For sample orders, the total value is fully advanced by TTR in US dollar.

– For official orders, 30% of the total value is advanced by TTR in US dollar to confirm the order, the balance is paid by TTR when the goods is on board with B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, C/O (if required); or

– Irrevocable L/C at sight; non-negotiation
